Or Learning The Language Like A Local

About the book:
Tired of having to conveniently converse with everyone in English? Tired of getting along just fine as an expat in Berlin without even knowing a single word of German? Worry no more! This book will help you learn the local lingo in no time – and upset all those diligent Germans eager to polish their English.
The present introduction into “real” German will teach you the basics in grammar and some sweet phrases to help you get along in everyday situations – apart, of course, from ordering a coffee in one of Berlin’s hip coffeeshops. You will have to keep doing this in English, we’re afraid. Anyways, to make things even easier, all lessons are connected to real places in Berlin, so you can just go ahead and try your brand new set of skills in the field.
So, challenge yourself. Be better than every other one of your cosmopolitan friends. After all, mastering the German language is just a couple of hundred odd pages away.
